12" CLEANING WIDTH & 17.7" SQUEEGEE WIDTH: The KARHDIR 350 Walk-Behind Floor Scrubber combines a compact 12-inch cleaning path with a 17.7-inch rear squeegee. Its narrow working width makes it easier to clean aisles, corners and areas around fixed equipment, while the wider squeegee helps collect dirty solution behind the scrub deck.

PER HOUR: With theoretical cleaning productivity of up to 14,531 square feet per hour, the KARHDIR 350 provides an efficient alternative to manual mopping for routine commercial floor care. Actual productivity may vary depending on floor conditions, obstacles, operating speed and required overlap.

13.78" DISC BRUSH WITH 33.1 LB PRESSURE: The single 13.78-inch disc brush operates at 160 RPM and applies 33.1 pounds of brush pressure to loosen everyday dirt, marks and residue from compatible hard surfaces. The disc-style scrub head can be paired with a suitable brush or floor pad for different cleaning tasks.

3.43 & 3.96-GALLON DUAL TANKS: A 3.43-gallon solution tank holds clean water or an approved cleaning solution, while the separate 3.96-gallon recovery tank stores collected wastewater. This separation prevents clean solution from mixing with dirty water during operation.

REMOVABLE-TANK DRAINAGE DESIGN: The removable-tank design simplifies refilling, wastewater disposal and routine rinsing. After cleaning, remove the appropriate tank and empty its contents into a suitable drain according to local disposal requirements.

1.5–2 HOURS OF BATTERY RUNTIME: Two included 32Ah lead-acid batteries form a 24V power system that provides approximately 1.5 to 2 hours of runtime. The supplied off-board charger requires approximately 3 to 5 hours for charging under normal conditions.

Features & Applications

One-Pass Scrubbing & Water Recovery

Clean water or an approved low-foaming cleaning solution is delivered from the solution tank to the floor. The rotating disc brush agitates the surface to loosen dirt and residue, while the 17.7-inch rear squeegee gathers the dirty solution for recovery.

This integrated process allows the machine to scrub and recover wastewater in a single pass, reducing repeated cleaning and helping floors dry faster than with conventional mopping.

For effective water pickup, keep the squeegee clean and ensure that it maintains even contact with the floor. Uneven surfaces, deep grooves and damaged flooring may retain water and require an additional recovery pass or manual drying.

Stepless Solution Flow Adjustment

The stepless solution-flow control allows the operator to adjust the amount of water or cleaning solution delivered according to the floor condition and level of soil.

Use only as much solution as required for effective cleaning. Reducing unnecessary water flow helps limit excess moisture, conserve clean solution and extend the working time available from each tank fill.

Choose the Right Brush or Floor Pad

Different floor materials and cleaning tasks may require different floor-contact accessories.

• Use a compatible disc brush for routine cleaning and suitable textured hard floors.

• Use a compatible pad driver and floor pad for maintenance cleaning, polishing, deep scrubbing or floor stripping.

• Select the pad grade according to the floor finish and required cleaning intensity.

• Confirm that the brush, pad and cleaning solution are suitable for the floor before use.

• Test the selected setup on a small, inconspicuous area when cleaning sensitive surfaces.

Sweep or vacuum the area before wet scrubbing. Stones, paper, metal fragments and other loose debris may interfere with the brush, squeegee or wastewater-recovery system.

Compact Walk-Behind Operation

The 12-inch cleaning path helps the machine navigate confined areas where larger commercial scrubbers may be difficult to operate. Its compact working footprint is suitable for retail stores, offices, restaurants, workshops, residential properties and other spaces with narrow cleaning routes.

Plan the cleaning path before operation and use overlapping passes where necessary to maintain consistent floor coverage. Reduce speed when turning, approaching obstacles or working on heavily soiled areas.

Removable Tanks for Easier Maintenance

The removable-tank drainage design makes routine refilling, emptying and rinsing more convenient. Keep clean solution separate from collected wastewater and return each tank securely to its correct position before operation.

The recovery tank does not feature an automatic full-tank shut-off. Monitor the wastewater level during cleaning and empty the tank before it becomes overfilled to help protect the suction system and prevent spills.

Care & Maintenance

• Empty and rinse the recovery tank after each use.

• Do not leave wastewater inside the machine during storage.

• Rinse the solution tank regularly to prevent residue buildup.

• Clean the squeegee blades and remove debris from the suction inlet.

• Inspect the suction pathway and connections for blockage or leakage.

• Remove hair, fibers and debris wrapped around the brush or pad driver.

• Inspect the brush or floor pad for excessive wear before operation.

• Raise the brush and squeegee before storing the machine.

• Wipe the exterior with a damp cloth and dry it afterward.

• Never spray water directly onto electrical parts, switches or motor components.

• Charge the batteries only with the supplied or specified charger.

• Charge and store the machine in a dry, well-ventilated area.

• Follow the battery maintenance instructions provided in the user manual.

Important Use Notes

• Use the machine only on flat, compatible and water-resistant hard floors.

• Do not operate it on steep slopes, rough terrain or unstable surfaces.

• Pre-sweep loose debris before wet scrubbing.

• Use only neutral, low-foaming detergent approved for automatic floor scrubbers.

• Do not use flammable, highly corrosive or excessively foaming chemicals.

• Monitor the recovery-tank level because the machine does not have an automatic full-tank shut-off.

• Empty wastewater only into an appropriate drain.

• Keep hands, feet and loose clothing away from the rotating brush.

• Place warning signs around wet or detergent-treated floors when necessary.

• Turn off the machine before removing tanks, inspecting components or performing maintenance.

• Follow all operating, charging and safety instructions in the user manual.
