14" CLEANING WIDTH & 23" SQUEEGEE WIDTH: The KARHDIR C4 Walk Behind Floor Scrubber combines a compact 14-inch cleaning path with a 23-inch rear squeegee. Its narrow working width supports easier navigation through aisles, between fixtures and around obstacles, while the wider squeegee collects the dirty solution left behind the scrub deck.

UP TO 24,000 SQ. FT. PER HOUR: With theoretical cleaning productivity of up to 24,000 square feet per hour, the C4 helps reduce the time and labor required for routine hard-floor maintenance. Actual productivity may vary depending on floor conditions, obstacles, operating speed and pass overlap.

15" DISC BRUSH WITH 33.1 LB PRESSURE: The single 15-inch disc brush operates at 160 RPM and applies 33.1 pounds of brush pressure to loosen dirt, marks and residue from compatible hard surfaces. Use a suitable brush or floor pad according to the surface and cleaning task.

5 & 6-GALLON DUAL TANKS: A 5-gallon solution tank carries clean water or an approved cleaning solution, while a separate 6-gallon recovery tank stores collected wastewater. This dual-tank design keeps clean solution apart from dirty water throughout operation.

2–3 HOURS OF BATTERY RUNTIME: The included 24V battery system uses two 32Ah lead-acid batteries and provides approximately 2 to 3 hours of runtime. The off-board charger requires approximately 4 to 5 hours for charging under suitable conditions.

COMPACT WALK-BEHIND DESIGN: The C4 is designed for commercial spaces where maneuverability matters, including stores, offices, schools, workshops, corridors and areas with fixed equipment. Its compact footprint makes it easier to clean spaces that may be less suitable for larger machines.

Features & Applications

One-Pass Scrubbing & Water Recovery

Clean water or an approved low-foaming cleaning solution is delivered from the solution tank to the floor. The rotating disc brush loosens dirt and residue, while the 23-inch rear squeegee gathers the dirty solution for recovery.

This integrated process allows the C4 to scrub and collect wastewater in a single pass, reducing repeated cleaning and helping floors dry faster than with conventional mopping.

Water-recovery performance depends on the condition and adjustment of the squeegee blades, vacuum airflow, floor surface and operating technique. Deep grooves, cracks and uneven areas may retain moisture.

Adjustable Solution Flow

The stepless solution-flow control allows the operator to adjust the amount of water delivered according to the floor condition and cleaning task.

Using only the necessary amount of solution helps conserve clean water, reduce excess moisture and extend the working coverage available from each tank fill.

Choose the Right Brush or Floor Pad

Select the appropriate floor-contact material according to the surface and required cleaning intensity.

• Use a compatible disc brush for general cleaning and suitable textured hard floors.

• Use a compatible pad driver and floor pad for polishing, routine maintenance, deep scrubbing or floor stripping.

• Match the pad grade to the floor finish and cleaning task.

• Confirm that the brush, pad and detergent are suitable for the flooring before use.

• Test the selected cleaning setup on a small, inconspicuous area when working on sensitive surfaces.

Pre-sweep stones, paper, metal fragments and other loose debris before wet scrubbing. Larger debris may damage the brush or obstruct the squeegee and wastewater-recovery system.

Compact Walk-Behind Operation

The walk-behind configuration gives the operator direct control over the cleaning path while moving through aisles, corners and spaces with obstacles.

Its compact 14-inch cleaning width makes the C4 suitable for routine maintenance in smaller commercial areas without sacrificing one-pass scrubbing and water recovery.

Monitor the battery level during operation and recharge the machine before the batteries become excessively discharged.

Care & Maintenance

• Empty and rinse the recovery tank after every use.

• Do not leave wastewater inside the machine during storage.

• Use the recovery-tank drain hose to discharge wastewater into an appropriate drain.

• Clean the squeegee blades and remove debris from the suction inlet.

• Inspect the suction hose and connections for blockage or leakage.

• Remove hair, fibers and debris wrapped around the brush or pad driver.

• Rinse the solution tank periodically to prevent residue buildup.

• Raise the brush and squeegee before storing the machine.

• Wipe the exterior with a damp cloth and dry it afterward.

• Never spray water directly onto electrical components.

• Charge the batteries with the supplied charger in a dry, well-ventilated area.

• Store the machine on a flat, dry surface away from flammable materials.

• Use the machine only on compatible, flat and water-resistant hard floors.

• Pre-sweep loose debris before wet scrubbing.

• Use only neutral, low-foaming detergent suitable for automatic floor scrubbers.

• Do not use flammable, highly corrosive or excessively foaming chemicals.

• Do not operate the machine on unsafe slopes, rough terrain or in explosive environments.

• Monitor the recovery-tank level and drain it before overfilling.

• Place appropriate warning signs around wet or detergent-treated floors.

• Keep hands, feet and loose clothing away from the rotating brush.

• Wear suitable closed-toe footwear during operation.

• Follow all operating, charging, maintenance and safety instructions supplied with the machine.
